Return and Refund Policy

Product replenishment policy:

– The customer has the right to exchange or recall any product purchased from the Website within 30 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, only if the product has an industrial defect.

If the 30-day period has expired, the device will not be exchanged or recalled for any reason. In this case, you must register a maintenance notice by contacting Customer Service 19332 for devices for which a maintenance report has been registered, in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of the Consumer Protection Law.

– When replenishing or exchanging a product, the box and packaging must remain in its original condition, the product box must not have been opened or used, and all its contents must be attached together with the original documents.

In case there is a gift in the purchase request, it must be returned with the device and if it is not returned, all attachments will not be approved for replenishing or exchanging, and in case of exchanging or replacement of a product purchased that has offers or discounts, only what the customer has paid will be refunded.

– In case the customer wishes to replace or return the product, despite the absence of an industrial defect, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product in accordance with Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law

1. If the box containing the device has not been opened or used and the device itself is in its original condition: 

• In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the consumer has the right to demand replacement or refund of the price of the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if the device does not have a manufacturing defect, but the device must be in the same condition as at the time of conclusion of the contract (i.e. it has not been opened or used).

2.If the buyer opens the box containing the device: 

In accordance with the provisions of Article 17, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the consumer has no right to exchange or return the device if the box containing the device has been opened or if the device has been used for its intended purpose.

For the following purposes: 

– If the nature, characteristics or packaging of the equipment makes it impossible to exchange or return it or to return it to the condition it was in when the contract was concluded. 

– If, due to the consumer’s negligence, it is not in the same condition as when it was sold.
